Academic

  • Undergraduate Academic Affairs: The Undergraduate Academic Affairs office manages the academic strategy and operations of the Undergraduate School, which includes providing program support across the curriculum.
  • Graduate Academic Services: The Office of Graduate Academic Services is responsible for providing academic support and program management activities for all MBA, MS and certificate programs.
  • Student Advising & Success: Policies and resources for undergraduate students and faculty pertaining to the academic experience at Babson.
  • Glavin Office of International Education: Innovative international learning and professional development programs, services, and information for Babson students, faculty, and staff.
  • International Student and Scholar Services: A central resource for international students and scholars advising individuals and the institution on F & J immigration regulations; providing support during the U.S. academic, social, and cultural adjustment process; and facilitating intercultural learning across campus.
  • Library: The Horn Library is a creative partner in the development and dissemination of knowledge that serves to connect ideas, people, and information across the Babson Community.
  • Registrar: Management of undergraduate and graduate records, registration, and certification processes, as well as transcript requests and other services.

Enrollment

  • Undergraduate Admission: Interface between talented high school students and a Babson College undergraduate education.
  • Graduate Admissions: At the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, we are dedicated to providing an unparalleled graduate management education.
  • Student Financial Services: Tuition and Financial aid, assistance with student accounts and payment options, loan/debt counseling, recommendations about financing options, and more.

Business & Administrative

  • Business and Financial Services: Business office forms, financial reports, accounts, General Accounting, the Budget Office, Controllers' Office, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Risk Management.
  • Campus Mail Services: Services including administrative mail and package delivery, student mail and package center, campus receiving, and shipping and selected supply delivery.
  • College Marketing: Outbound communications to promote Babson College and engage external constituencies in what Babson has to offer, including Media Relations.
  • Events Management Office: EMO provides best in class event management and execution, allowing offices and departments to focus on their program development and content while ensuring that their events are managed in a professional manner on campus and around the world.
  • External Programming: Babson College has state-of-the-art facilities to accommodate your summer academic programming, corporate retreats, or athletic events.
  • Facilities Management and Planning: Room reservation and work order instructions, trades, snow removal, news and projects, and energy management initiatives.
  • General Counsel: Legal counsel and preventive guidance on a wide range of legal issues affecting Babson and its affiliates.
  • Human Resources: Open job opportunities, employee benefits, training and development, performance management, compensation, and payroll.
  • Information Technology Service Department: Delivers customized support of Babson’s educational programs through support services, media services, project management, development, quality assurance, operations and security, blended and online learning and library support services.
  • Office of Compliance: Supporting the College’s compliance efforts and a network of compliance partners across campus to promote a compliant environment consistent with our values, policies, and applicable law and regulations.
  • President's Office: Babson College leadership and governance.
  • Public Safety: Providing full police, EMT, and emergency support, as well as parking and traffic services, 24/7/365.
  • Risk Management: Establishes and implements policies and procedures by identifying and quantifying the College's exposures to accidental loss.
  • Title IX Office: Babson’s Title IX Coordinator and campus partners provide students, staff and faculty with information, support, and options for responding to discrimination or harassment based on sex, gender, gender-identity or expression or sexual orientation.
  • Minors and Vulnerable Adults Safety Policy: Babson College is committed to promoting a safe environment and positive experience for all minors and vulnerable adults participating in a program that falls within the scope of The Babson College Minors and Vulnerable Adults Safety Policy.
